Moving with Century was a wonderful experience. I had been referred to them by our realtor and was able to easily coordinate with one of the owners. Zeke clearly explained how it would work, asked me about the items, got all the information about my move, asked my preferred dates, and was able to give me a good time frame. He kept me updated and was able to accommodate any sudden issue that I might have had. The day before my move, he called to confirm and finalize. He told me the name of the foreman, Miguel, who would call me that day after 1pm. Just as he’d said, Miguel called me an hour in advance to let me know they were on their way and then again when they arrived.
Miguel and the crew were wonderful. I walked them through the areas, showing them everything that was moving, and then they began. They were observant, careful, strong, and efficient. I had packed almost all my own items, but they easily took care of the items that I could not. They carefully dismounted and packed my tv, collapsed my bed, wrapped and padded a giant cabinet, and retaped any of my items that needed it. They inspected the items before they moved them, letting me know of any defects or breaks that existed.
They continued to have the same efficacy and care when they arrived at my new apartment, pointing out already existing issues in the stairwells, and then began the process of bringing all my items up. They asked where items went and placed everything where I wanted and set up my bed. They were kind, courteous, and did an amazing job in 100 degree weather.
When time came for payment (there was a deposit and the rest was paid at the end of the move), there were no surprises. The rates and amount had been clearly explained over then phone and when signing the paperwork prior to the start of the move.
Altogether, I had a wonderful experience with Century Moving Services and will suggest them to anyone I know who’s getting ready to move.

We used this moving company for a two-stop, 13-hour move, and they truly impressed us with their dedication and attention to detail. They treated our belongings with care, handled the unpacking, and assembled the furniture as well. The team was efficient, professional, and made the entire process smooth from beginning to end.

Amazing service for a move that couldn't wait another day. We had to move to a new apartment in Vernon, NJ, by the end of the week last week, and Century Moving Services saved the day! We can't thank them enough. One of the owners actually helped with the move and made sure it happened. He honored his word and really cares about his customers. This must be why the company has been in business for over 20 years. If you need to move anywhere in the northeast US, Century Moving Services is the one company I recommend you call first. They're people who care about the people they move.

Moving is stressful but Century Moving Company makes the experience as least disruptive as possible. So glad we picked this company - they not only packed us up safely but they did it in record time thanks to Tzvi and his crew. Appreciated the extra man with no additional charge.
