- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set pricing, depending on how many photographers and videographers you are looking to hire for your wedding. We love to work with couple's budget and offer them a package within their price range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to set up an appointment in person at our office to help customers feel confident about their decision. Though we know that everyone does not have the luxury of time, so we also do video appointments and phone appointments as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work for a major media company and after working there for 7 years, I decided to follow my passion and became an entrepreneur. I love capturing the big day for wonderful couples who are beginning a new journey together.
