Barbara Brown says, "I had an issue because the plumber that installed my shower handle improperly and couldn't seem to fix it. I called a few plumbers out, one wanted to break open my wall to fix the issue and told me I would have to find someone to fix the wall one he was done because they don't fix walls. All for a price of $1500 and is have to find someone to fix the wall which was tile. SMH. Because of this I finally found & called Alex. He came in and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Not only did he fix the issue, but he was very transparent about everything he saw and informed me about everything he was going to do before he did it, and it didn't require breaking any walls. I appreciate his professionalism, honesty and good workmanship. Truly a lost art."See more
