Carlin did a fantastic job, and my wife and I are really glad we went with Naturalite for our window repair. We had a window in our family room that had been damaged by an errant golf ball (one of the downsides of living on a golf course). From the get-go, Carlin was responsive and extremely professional. He came out to see the damage, and then he let us know exactly when the repairs could be made and how much they would cost. Carlin also kept us informed of exactly when the replacement materials were going to be available, and he was always easy to get in touch with, which was not the case with other contractors we had tried to contact before we reached out to Carlin. We are definitely not going to even think about going with anyone else should we need to have any other work done on our windows. Carlin did great work, and he really was a true professional. 5/5 from us.
