Master appliance was here first time and explained the problem clearly. We got it fixed first time and then issue happened again due to my tenants failure to follow instructions. I called them again and they promptly came back and fixed it. I appreciate their follow up and intention to make customer happy. Will get work with them next time also.

Very professional, efficient, abs fairly priced. Assessed the problems thoroughly and were able fix washer and dryer right away. Would definitely hire again!
The repairman showed up the same day, even though I live slightly outside the needed area. Fixed my dishwasher. Was very pleasant to talk to. I will call this company again if I need an appliance serviced.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We put forward the democratic cost of the diagnostic fee which is only $75 for residential appliances and $120 for AC/HVAC and commercial appliances. The diagnostic fee will be included in the cost of labor.
We also provide favourable warranty conditions - up to 1 year for parts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you've found us - we schedule an appointment, come by to diagnose the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue afterwards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have a vast experience since we've been many years in the business.
