I was in a bind and Ash helped me so much! Not only was he responsive on a Saturday evening, he came over on Sunday, even through he was suppose to be off. He replaced 2 Ring Floodlight Cameras and made sure to do so properly- the old ones were not installed correctly. I will definitely be relying on him for more work in the future.

Ash responded the same day that I messaged him about the job. He gave me a quote on the phone and was able to fit me in within a few days to complete the job. He came on time and was professional and thorough with my kitchen faucet installation and to install the entire inner parts to my old toilet. He even replaced a handle on my cold water valve without any extra charge, even though he had to push my heavy stackable washer and dryer away to reach it. He was also reasonably priced for the work that he did. I definitely recommend him and will use him again.

    Customers should gather background data - site plan, existing floor plans, elevations, photos, correspondence, etc. to start a file. The next question is what the project consists of or the Design Program (list of needs and wants). Item 3 would be a basic understanding of your budget. The architect or contractor can begin to flesh out basic numbers based on square foot pricing. The actual design of course would follow with revisions to the cost estimate then the construction drawings for a building permit and labor and materials cost estimate.
