I sincerely enjoyed working with this company. The entire process was swift and smooth sailing from the initial phone call with Latanya to Kirk fixing my dryer.Office support coordinator, Latanya was very sweet, patient and accommodating. She was very knowledgeable about the company, walked me through the process and updated me every step of the way.My technician, Kirk was extremely knowledgeable of my defective dryer. He was able to quickly determine the issues and fixed it promptly and efficiently. Such a great guy!I was very pleased with this service. Cost-effective and I was able to receive next-day service. % recommend!

Kirk did a great job. He explained all the issues and replaced the ignition unit. I would definitely call them back if another issue arose on one of our appliances.

Kirk was relentless to find the best price on the part needed and diagnose why my water dispenser would not work. Determined that my GE water filter may not have the RFID chip so bought one in clear package that showed the RFID chip and now works! Excellent service! Highly recommend!
