With this world becoming one filled with people out for themselves, I can’t say that for Roselli Flooring. John added to what he said he was going to do everyday, went above and beyond each day he and his son were here, and even came back when I put a couple foot prints in the finish! I was completely upset but John calmed me down and helped me out. This man and his son really got my home out of a tough spot. The prior owners left us with a mountain of things to do, but John took the floors off of that list for me. Flooring doesn’t deserve this man! Thank you John!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
everything is pretty much based on the square foot but I don't like to lock in prices until I look at your job. I offer a 10% discount for veterans and first responders and also seniors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm involved with the customer from start to finish. from the first phone call, to putting on the last coat of finish or installing the last board. I'm always available for questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend many seminars that are held by our suppliers. I keep up to date on all the current products and finishes that are out in the market
