John & his son did an amazing job on my living room and hallway floor in early December 2025. He was completely transparent about the possibility of some major staining not being about to come out. He even stopped the job early on to check in with me to see if I wanted them to continue with the sanding or replace the whole floor. (The staining was terrible.) I assured them I was fine with continuing the process. They did an amazing job and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend J Roselli Flooring. John and his son John worked every day, even weekends, installing vinyl plank flooring throughout our entire home. Their craftsmanship is top notch and we are very happy with their work. John went above and beyond by hand crafting real wood kick plates around our cabinets and framing our fireplace. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Anytime we had a question they were always responsive and happy to explain the process. They were meticulous and the floors look beautiful. We would highly recommend John and his son John to anyone looking for high quality flooring and great people .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
everything is pretty much based on the square foot but I don't like to lock in prices until I look at your job. I offer a 10% discount for veterans and first responders and also seniors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm involved with the customer from start to finish. from the first phone call, to putting on the last coat of finish or installing the last board. I'm always available for questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend many seminars that are held by our suppliers. I keep up to date on all the current products and finishes that are out in the market
