Welcome to Loyal Lawn Design! We are a "budding" lawn care company in the Southern New Jersey area! Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction across the board. Also, while holding true to our mission statement, "A Happy Customer is a LOYAL Customer”, we focus on keeping our customer’s costs down through a referral program. With that being said, neighborhood referrals can drastically cut our operating/travel costs, and in turn, we pass that savings on to our referring customers! A true win/win! BUT, my wife and I are having our first child, so I decided to create an actual company in hopes to supplement my wife's income! My lawn looked like garbage.... Overgrowth was literally everywhere. I was actually embarrassed to even call someone. Speaking with John it was easy to tell him what needed to be done and pricing is very fair. He's definitely there to make you happy. He came the same day and was only going to do a standard mow but wound up taking on a lot of my "project" areas that needed major attention. 45 minutes turned into over two hours dedicated to getting things done as soon as possible. Can't wait to see what it looks like once he's done in a few weeks.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally start my recurring lawn cuts at $40 a cut, trim, edge... But by offering brochures/cards to customers in order to gain "neighborhood" clientele I can grow a base in an area and keep my prices quite competitive- by lowering MY travel cost/time, I pass this on to customers! Especially my referring ones! I'd rather save my customers a little money here and there rather than spend money to advertise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my clients or talk on the phone about any details they would like me to pay extra attention to. I also ask them what they did NOT like about their other contractors so that I can be sure that I'm taking care of their needs! In my eyes if the job wasn't 100% then I'm not holding true to my motto: "A Happy Customer is a Loyal Customer!" That's the only way to do business and maintain a truly "Loyal" customer base.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in agriculture, living on a dairy farm. So I basically merged into lawn care over time. I enjoy it. Other than that I also hold a class A drivers license, which sometimes comes in handy in this business as well.
