Hi. I've been going to someone in Newark for several years to have my taxes prepared. We found out that the person we were going to for years wasn't giving us credit for what we were in title to by the IRS. So we searched around and connected with a company that really cared about our concerns, Wealth's Core, LLC. We were able to audit three prior years of our returns which, resulted in refunds. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free initial consultation of 1/2 Hr. to 3/4 Hr. Fees are discussed and a quote given at that time. Once accepted. I required a 50% deposit to continue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Offer an initial free 1/2hr. consultation. Review the client's needs and documents and offer a non obligatory quote

I have over 25 years of experience serving multiple types of business and individuals. A BBA in accounting and business.
