My LG washer stopped draining and was just sitting there full of water. The technician came out, diagnosed a clogged drain pump, and replaced it on the spot. He was familiar with LG models and even cleaned out the filter while he was at it. Price was fair and he didn't try to charge extra for the quick diagnosis. So glad I didn't have to haul it to the dump and buy a new one. Honest, fast, and reliable.
