Alix is awesome! I requested an estimate and he responded within 5 minutes. He asked a couple of questions and gave me an estimate and that price never changed, which is rare in carpetcleaning. He asked a day and time and was at the house 10 minutes early. Did 4 rooms and two flights of stairs in under 2 hours and the carpets look great!! Was very professional, polite, and personable. We will probably be using him again after we move all of our furniture out. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a hassle-free no price haggling carpetcleaning job done. He’ll do it and he’ll do it right!

Alix responded to my questions, scheduled me for the same day, showed up a few hours later and did a fantastic job of deep cleaning my carpet and area rug.
My senior dog just had an accident on the area rug and Alix took care of it without issue. I also had a random stain on my carpet that I thought was permanent but he used a solvent to pull it right up.
Top notch work, in and out quickly and politely. Highly recommend!

I just recently just moved into my new home and needed my carpetsclean. AL was great. He was responsive and gave me a great deal. It was for 3 rooms plus the stairs. Great work, all the spots came out. No extra fees.. I highly recommend AL. NO need to look else where.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First and foremost there are no hidden fees. All stain, deodorizing and spot treatments will be at NO EXTRA cost to any customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a new customer includes the initial contact with the customer, a consultation to discuss the customer's needs, an assessment of the carpet cleaning needs and a proposal with a cost estimate. After the customer agrees to the proposal, we will schedule a date for the cleaning service to perform the cleaning. We will arrive on the scheduled date and time, perform the cleaning and make sure the customer is satisfied with the results before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in this field. Having the opportunity to work with various companies in the past has now enabled me to provide the best experience possible.
