We had a couple of thermostats replaced, Ilya’s team did a fantastic job, we had a flaky thermostat which he took care of at no charge , he even replaced the filters and did some maintenance work just because he saw a need. My brand new HVAC that was installed in Aug 2021 stopped cooling just before the winter last year. 3 professionals that are referenced by York Support they all did not able to fix, one even left the job saying I can’t handle residential unit as mainly I work for commercial. I have a sick dog and he badly needed air conditioner, when I mentioned this to IIlya he called every store to get the right unit and fixed it on the same day. Now the house is cooling better than before. Great job! Thank you!
