My brand new HVAC that was installed in Aug 2021 stopped cooling just before the winter last year. 3 professionals that are referenced by York Support they all did not able to fix, one even left the job saying I can’t handle residential unit as mainly I work for commercial. I have a sick dog and he badly needed air conditioner, when I mentioned this to IIlya he called every store to get the right unit and fixed it on the same day.
