- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have worked with clients that have very particular dietary needs. Many of the traditional meal delivery services do not cater to those who have food intolerances or just need clean non-additive laden food. I address those concerns in my meal preparation and menu plans. Creating delicious guilt free meals is what I do best and enjoy helping my client discover a love for good healthy food.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to work with you on a menu, determine what type of ingredients you prefer (premium or standard) and come back with menu . If you agree to the menu, we move forward and I prepare your meals to your specifications. Please make me aware of any allergies during our consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied plant based cooking at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. I hold a B.S. in Health Sciences and I am a certified health coach.
