- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job we price is extremely competitive we base all of our jobs off of time we know exactly how much money we need to make per man hour in order to keep our company open and running another day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we make sure the client feels comfortable using Curbside to take care of their needs. We walk through the process and give an exact price for the job and guarantee satisfaction along with no price changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All jobs we accept or bid on are jobs that we have been doing for many years. DJ Jennings is a union local 472 laborer building many of new jerseys heavy and highway jobs. All of these jobs directly relate to the jobs we do in landscaping from grading to sidewalks and patios to retaining walls whether concrete or blocks.
