- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the 1st call 📞 we wanna find out the type of service the customer needs, gathering all the correct information needed (Name, email, phone number, address for pick up and delivery, inventory of the items being relocated if packing/unpacking services needed, details about the current home and new home and dates and times for the move) for larger moves setting up an onsite estimate and providing an accurate no-nonsense estimate and friendly advice. We are Members of New Jersey Warehousemen & Movers Association Since 2018 Our Movers Are Certified Movers by NJWMA We Complete Training Classes In House With Every Each Single Mover (Packing, Wrapping, Loading & Unloading)
