Chef Ronaldo did an amazing job with my intimate dinner party. The menu was an Oaxacan Mexican BBQ. Everything was delicious and favorites were the Beef Carnitas Barbacoa, Shrimp Ajo. With amazing homemade tortillas! And by far everyone must try his Mexican churros with coconut dipping sauce and guava dipping sauce. Can’t wait to work with him again!

Ronaldo is truly an amazingly talented chef! My husband and I hosted a private dinner for 6 guests and Ronaldo came early, prepared all the courses and brought his own place setting, utensils, glasses, etc. He explained every course to us and it just shows how passionate he is about the food he prepares! His food is so delicious and fresh!
On an even better note, he left my kitchen more clean than when he arrived!! We cannot wait to have him come back again!

I can’t recommend Ronaldo enough for a private dinner. First, he was so accommodating with planning and tweaking the menu to fit exactly what we wanted and he responded instantly to texts and messages regarding the dinner. Then we ran late getting to the location and he had no problem with it making the night a stress free experience. The food was the absolute best food I have ever had. You can tell that so much thought and care went into picking out the best ingredients, preparation and execution. Everything was flawless. Our guests raves about literally every dish and everyone was so happy and satisfied after every course. You need to book Ronaldo and his team for your next event. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

I had Chef Ronaldo cook for a celebration and it was an absolute incredible experience. He arrived right on time and we didn't have to lift a finger. He started off the evening with welcome Mojitos that were incredibly fresh. We then had a 6 course meal, another cocktail, and 2 complimentary starters! You could tell how much work and thought he put in every single detail of his dishes. He explained all the components of each dish and gave us a backstory of where the dishes originated from. You can tell how passionate he is about cooking just from his explanations. It's hard to pick my favorite dish because they were all so amazing! But if I had to pick one, it would be the Sous Vide buttered lobster over yucca gnocchi (the best gnocchi I seriously have ever had). Ronaldo and his team were so professional and made sure we always had water, wine, and new utensils for every dish. After the dinner, him and his team cleaned the entire kitchen and left it spotless! He provided one of the most memorable experiences I have ever had. I seriously cannot wait to have him over again. I am so grateful to had the chance to have Chef Ronaldo cook for us!!!
