We did a family photo shoot with Roopesh. He was very professional, took great photos, and helped us through the whole process. There were five us that he photographed, and each photo is unique and beautifully taken.

We worked with Roopesh for taking pictures at our baby shower. He was easy to work with, creative in his ideas about the event and how best to capture the moments at the shower. The pricing was reasonable and he was flexible on the timing and duration. The pictures were made available to us in a week online for us to download which was great. Pros: Good picture quality Easy to work with Flexible Good turnaround time on pictures being available Great candid shots of the guests and the decor and the food Things that could have been better... Mix of portraits and landscape shots would have been nice. We predominantly had landscape mode (horizontal) shots cropped slightly above the waist. Attention to detail - I would have liked for more shots of us since it was our event. We were informed that there was an issue with lighting at the venue but given this is a potentially once in a lifetime event for us, I would have liked for the photographer to be aware of that and adjust accordingly. In the end we were left with no decent solos/couple shots at our own event which was sad. The same thing happened for the picture with our family (blurred) and that’s the one that we care about the most unfortunately. Final photo selection - I would have liked the ability to see ALL the pictures that were taken and then be able to work with the photographer to select the ones that we like. We had to go back and forth on the ones that we found missing and then request for them to be added. I didn’t totally understand that process. Personal Portraits - We has discussed having our portraits done before the event but because of a late arrival we weren’t able to get that done on the day which was sad. All in all, Roopesh is a good person, takes lovely photos, easy to work with and would be a good addition to your event if you are looking for a photographer.

Roopesh is a really great photographer with a great vision of different angles required for beautiful shots.. I enjoyed a lot while working with him during my pregnancy photo shoot and pics came out so pretty ... Me & my hubby looking forward to work more with him in our upcoming events ...

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is flexible. Sometimes I ask whatever they feels like. But here it is: Portraits/Birthdays/Baby Shower/Events: $100/hr. Less than an hour : we can discuss More than two hours : we can discuss No. of digital Prints : depends on duration.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once customer contacts me, I talk with them thoroughly and try to understand their expectations and requirements. I arrive 10 - 15 minutes before event. I ask customers to allow me approximately a week time to deliver the photographs through digital means.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own DSLR since 2012 and I learned photography over the years as hobby and understood the process of developing quality image digitally.
