Responded to our request the next day. Discussed how they would remove our 11 shrubs, quoted us a great price and the next day they came as promised, Did a great job along with clean-up. Very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend.

He was to “trim” a tree and cut down three small ones. In his trimming he had left a number of small obvious branches undone. I had to point each one to him and as if he was doing a favor to me he would say ‘ok this is a “freebie” - as if we had counted the number of branches for trimming when he gave an estimate. Also when another small tree was exposed that it would’ve taken him less than 5 minutes to cut down he was asking for $75 extra on top of the $400 we had negotiated! He left that one undone. I did it later myself with a hand saw! Will not do business with this guy again!

the job was quoted for specific amount of work customer wanted more work done after I was finished ,I told him more work more money, he refused to pay more money, he wanted more limbs cut and more sm. trees cut down and expected me to do it all for the same amount of money and promising me more work in the future as his ploy, I said no.
