BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES. I was quoted $387 on here and ended up paying $541 + the $108 tip he decided on and required, so not much of a tip to me. When I was confused with the extra fees, which were confirmed when I made the deposit as $200 deposit plus the $187 on the day of the event, I was met with a very rude, short response. It ended up costing me about $649, almost 1.6 times what I was quoted. The limo arrived 20 minutes late, making us late to our event, and the colored lights didn’t work, the regular lights only worked on “music” mode so they just flashed, and Bluetooth didn’t work so we had to listen to the radio, but even when we did, the radio was extremely static-y and just gave me a headache. The driver was horrible and continuously made hard stops, making me sick and the ride unenjoyable. I don’t normally right reviews, but our limo really put a damper on my night and entire day because I was burdened with hidden fees that he “swears aren’t hidden,” and horrible driving.
