Everyone was a pleasure to work with and they answered all my texts and calls immediately!! Bus and driver were perfect and on time!! Everyone had a lot of fun!

The driver and experience was great however I was disappointed to learn that after the original quote I was given, more and more fees kept being added. First he quoted me 875 , then said it was 979 due to taxes, but this was a flat rate. Paid a deposit then on the day of service , tells me a mandatory 20% gratuity is added on and charged on the credit card that that we put the deposit on, next tells me it’s 4% to use a credit card. When the driver arrived he had a form that I was supposed to sign agreeing to give him $120 gratuity after the trip, but the company had already charged me $195 gratuity before we even left. I made sure to tell the driver that he should be receiving $195 , he was absolutely excellent and got us home right down to the exact minute !! Gratuity should be allowed to be given directly to the driver , I did not like the mandatory fees & etc. an $875 quote turned into a $1225 charge for 6 hours of limo.

I must say I was overly happy because an unexpected snow storm happened when it was time to use and the original driver was station where they couldn’t come out. But the dispatcher Ms. Geenie was on it and hit me another driver and made my birthday great. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I rented an 18 passengers limo for my nieces Sweet 16. My daughter, nieces, nephews, friends & other family members had such a great time. Thank you Tom for making this possible. Driver was very attentive and kind and commutative at all times.
