Traveling Smoke Show BBQ

I have been a self taught chef for over 10 years making scrumptious meals for my friends, family, work events and parties. I can create simple flavorful family-style meals to extravagant entrees featuring exotic ingredients. I have a large smoker to make excellent pulled pork, ribs, wood fire-grilled vegetables, sides, or just about anything else. I can also work with supplied ingredients or source local farm fresh produce.
