10% off any service up to a maximum of $100, cannot be combined with any additional discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process pertaining to any type of work is to ensure we understand exactly what they need, we may make suggestions if needed, after determining what is needed we will next determine the location of the project within the home and then proceed to see how safe and efficient we can complete the task, estimates can usually be given up to 10 minutes after reviewing the job however if there is any concern on our end with regards to material pricing we will let you know before we leave the home and give you and expected time frame for the estimate. At Tri Starr Electric we will always explain the process to you of what will be done ,we always return calls in a timely manner (usually 5-10 minutes unless we are with a customer, however we will always answer the phone no matter the time of day).
