Marlon and his team were excellent. I recently moved into a flipped home so that attic was terribly neglected. They set up plastic all around the work area, removed two layers of old insulation, sealed up holes/gaps to prevent animals from coming in and cleaned up like they were never here. His quote was also $2,000 less than another estimate I received to basically do the same thing.

Marlon and his team were great. They came in and wasted no time getting my old attic insulation out, vacuumed and disinfected the entire attic. Replaced R19 that was over 30 years old with R38. At the end of each step Marlon invited me to take a look at the attic. He also installed baffles as my attic had none. Overall very happy with Marlon and would certainly hire him and his team again.

I have high expectations when I hire a professional to perform a service in my home. I expect the contractor to be knowledgeable in their craft, take pride in their work, and punctual. I contacted THI Home Insulation and Construction to provide me with an estimate to insulate a crawl space in my home. Marlon met with me, and he provided a detailed explanation of the services he would perform in the crawl space. Normally, I receive more than one estimate; however, I was confident in what Marlon explained to me and his estimate was within my budget that I did not receive any additional estimates. We agreed that the work would commence in two days at 9am. Marlon and his team arrived on time and proceeded to get the job done. They removed any old insulation and left the work area clean. They provided me with before and after pictures of the crawl space area. Additionally, I was able to view the crawl space myself to see the work that they performed. I am extremely pleased. I strongly recommend Marlon and his team to anyone looking to have insulation work done.
