I have hired Lodi for TV mounting first of all but he was doing plumbing and other works as well. I had a flooding in my basement closed area and I got a little panicked and tried to call flood restoration people first but called Lodi after and he came to my house within an hour (it was evening and raining) and fixed the problem immediately. I really appreciate his professional attitude and responsiveness. I believe I will use him for many other things in the future.

Lodi was awesome! He went above and beyond. Incorrect supply delivery delayed his job twice in one day, yet both times he returned (after doing a nearby job) and finished the job well while remaining pleasant and in great spirits. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and I would use him again for any plumbing or electrical work.

Hiring Mr. handyman Pros was a very good decision! They were very responsive and was ready to help us the very next day with our water line for our fridge. They went above and beyond and re did our water line for the fridge and made sure everything was working well before they left. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We truly appreciate every customer contacting us, for this reason we make sure to give everyone the best prices and make sure to work at our best. We usually give discounts when the customer had multiple jobs, it all depends on the projects they have. We don't like giving different prices to different costumers, for this reason we usually have standard prices for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If there are pictures that can clearly help us, we provide estimate of the job within the same day. In cases when we need to check the job, we provide a free estimate, we go and check to make sure what the customer is requesting and after that we sent the quote out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We originally studied related to what we do and after that we have worked for many years in this business so we are at a point where we are very confident about the job we do. We do our best so the customer is highly satisfied.
