Mr. Handyman Pros responded to my request very quickly on 10/20/21 and provided an appointment for the very next day. After reading his bio and reviews I didn't need to look any further. This appointment was for replacement of two ceiling fans for other lighting fixtures and the replacement of two plug sockets. Upon changing one ceiling fan, Lodi noticed that there was an issue with the electrical wiring in the bedroom. After further investigation, he diagnosed the problem with the wiring in both bedrooms and he had to go up into the attic to complete the job. He gave us a discount for this additional unexpected expense. Lodi is a master craftsmen. My husband and I are going to hire him for other projects in our home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We truly appreciate every customer contacting us, for this reason we make sure to give everyone the best prices and make sure to work at our best. We usually give discounts when the customer had multiple jobs, it all depends on the projects they have. We don't like giving different prices to different costumers, for this reason we usually have standard prices for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If there are pictures that can clearly help us, we provide estimate of the job within the same day. In cases when we need to check the job, we provide a free estimate, we go and check to make sure what the customer is requesting and after that we sent the quote out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We originally studied related to what we do and after that we have worked for many years in this business so we are at a point where we are very confident about the job we do. We do our best so the customer is highly satisfied.
