Their service was excellent. I hired them for a sump pump replacement. They finish the job with a lot of patience and it was done to perfection. The sump pump that I got from Home Depot was faulty and the technician figured out the issue and went and bought a new one and and installed. Very happy with the quality of work and professionalism. I would hire them again.

Lodi Handyman Pros installed a garbage disposal for us. We bought the unit and switch, they installed it. They worked very efficiently and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. And they were very respectful of our property. We’re happy with their service on the garbage disposal install!

Lodi was fantastic from start to finish. As a local real estate agent I have plenty of options to choose from but I’m finding it more challenging these days to find reliable people to help my clients. Lodi was very cordial, knowledgeable and honest. I’ve had an issue with the basement toilet for a while and he was able to figure out the problem and helped stop the leak. The toilet has other issues that are a bit more complicated and I might have to get some plumbing work. I insisted on paying him for coming out to me and fixing what he could but he refused to take any money. Such a beautiful person. I would definitely hire him again.

We truly appreciate every customer contacting us, for this reason we make sure to give everyone the best prices and make sure to work at our best. We usually give discounts when the customer had multiple jobs, it all depends on the projects they have. We don't like giving different prices to different costumers, for this reason we usually have standard prices for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If there are pictures that can clearly help us, we provide estimate of the job within the same day. In cases when we need to check the job, we provide a free estimate, we go and check to make sure what the customer is requesting and after that we sent the quote out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We originally studied related to what we do and after that we have worked for many years in this business so we are at a point where we are very confident about the job we do. We do our best so the customer is highly satisfied.
