The serviceman arrived the evening he said he would, although weather delayed him somewhat (I later learned his wife was in an auto accident that day which stressed him and added to the delay). Once the air sample had been taken, it took 3 weeks+ to get the report. He called me periodically after the testing to check on the situation and gave me suggestions for remedies. He showed an interest in helping me, which is appreciated.

I appreciate his comments. Yes that was a stressful time and at that time the lab got backed up and the accident made it hard me to work at my normal pace so the results took longer than expected to be receive and then be analyzed in comprehensive detail by me. Since then things have gotten much better and I have been able to significantly improve on the wait time and can even have results the next business day if needed. As the customer mentioned I have also done quite a bit of follow-up with him and hopefully the landlord will implement the necessary improvements that need to be done. We always try our best to serve our customers as you can see from our great reviews and being awarded the Best of 2016 by Thumbtack and the Angies Lust top 5% Super Service Award for two years in a row. However, in life sometimes we face challenges that are beyond our control which we need to work through.Type your response to this review.

Had a great experience with RHK. I had them do a mold remediation job in my attic. They responded quickly to my phone calls, gave an honest and reasonable estimate, worked around my schedule and showed up for the work at the agreed time. Worked closely with Rajay - he was very polite and professional.

Since every situation is unique we try to offer the most fair pricing for your particular situation. Our pricing is quite competitive. We offer a low price guarantee where we will meeet or beat the price of any other licensed and insured competitor for the same work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do a free to assess their concerns and then we visit their location to do give an estimate or do testing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our inspectors are college educated and have taken various training on Mold Remediation and Inspection.
