I posted a request for a massage service and I received 4 replies. I did respond back to one from "Healing Hearts" and was interested in setting up an appointment. Even so his rates were higher then I was looking to spend, I was willing to pay the extra for his travel time. He ended up reaching out to me and we spoke a couple times via Text message and everything seem to be fine. He reached to me one day and I was not able to respond back because I was in the hospital and I did not have my phone. When I was released from the hospital I replied to the text message that I did not recognizes the message and ask who it was and explained I was in the hospital. His first reply was, Ok,, I tried to reaching out to you for massage 2 times because I was in your area and I didn't get an answer nor a response. You're probably better off with someone else for those prices anyway. I'll take you off of my list. I again asked Who is this?, I have been in the hospital. His reply "It's the massage therapist you contacted on Thumbtak.com. It's all good, speedy recovery, but if you answered now, you could have answered then. Wish you the best. I said to him "you're exactly right I could have answered then if I had my phone. I just think this was very rude and wanted to post a comment on his services. I hope all the therapist on this site are not like this. Thank you,

I work in the casinos and work 8 to 10 hour shifts always on my feet. In the past on my days off i would try to treet myself to a well deserved massage at many of the massage options handstone massage envy etc, Seeing Mr Wiilis's profile on Thumbtack and seeing that he was local and did incalls I gave him a shot and I am so glad I did.He did a masterful job working on my feet legs and getting knotts out of my back and not even knowing you could get knotts in your kneck. BEST MASSAGE EVER and i didnt even have to drive home afterwards whickh i would not have been able to do.Awesome Massage and well worth it. Will be using his service again for sure. Thanks Tami Lee.

Tami is great! He quickly figured out what issues I had and worked on them. He was very attentive and personable. He also followed up with me the next day to give me instructions on stretching and detox. I will be using him again in the near future!
