FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple from the start. I’ll always ask for photos of whatever the job at hand is and I’ll ask relevant questions so I have a better understanding of what I need todo to make sure the job is done correctly. Once you send a couple of photos and answer a few questions, we’ll discuss when is the best time to come by and do the work. I usually start a timer when I arrive and stop it when the work is done so there is no question as to how much time I was there for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had a hammer and nail in my hands since I was 5 years old. With my father as a carpenter, I learned how to properly and safely use tools to build and repair all sorts of things. I use power tools every day working inside some of the wealthiest homes in New Jersey.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love helping people. And with the urge to not join the 9-5 rat race, I set off to start my own business. I've always had a passion for technology and know it’s something I can turn into a business.
