Introduction: I have been a professional actor and singer for the last 18 years. As an actor, my experience ranges from theatre to TV/Film. Desiree is an amazing acting coach! Before taking acting lessons I had no experience and I was also really nervous. I remember her telling me and really emphasizing there was no need to be nervous, that we were going to work hard and have fun, and she couldn't have been more right! She is so talented and has taught me so much. She is so easy to talk to and gives excellent feedback on whatever you are working on. I have improved on my acting skills and my confidence by working with her. She is a great teacher!!

Desiree has been an amazing teacher. I am an amateur actor and was looking for a coach to work with me on a reel script and help me work on acting basics as well as audition coaching. She is very knowledgeable, breaks down scripts so it’s simpler to work through and really takes her time to make sure I understand the character before delving into the script. She gives constructive feedback and really cares about her students. I would highly recommend Desiree for new or seasoned actors looking for a coach.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I know we are in uncertain times, especially financially, I am offering your first introductory lesson at a discount price of $30. Each subsequent 1 hour lesson is $60/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we have our first lesson, we will have consultation over the phone or through video chat to discuss your experience and goals for these lessons, as well as what taking lessons with me would entail. Every actor is an individual artists and has different coaching needs depending on where they are at in their career or education, so I want to tailor to your individual goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my B.F.A. in Acting from Montclair State University. Since then I have continued my training with private lessons in many different fields of performance: voice, scene study, commercials and voice over acting.
