He provided CPR for the Healthcare Provider training for an entire physical therapy and chiropractic office staff.
He was very flexible with scheduling. Rich broke out class up into two sessions that he conducted during our lunches.
He was very thorough but also understanding of the fact that we all have medical training and had completed CPR classes in the past.
Rich showed up early and had everything set and ready to go right on time. He was also able to provide us with our certification cards in a timely manner which was incredibly convenient.
The price was very reasonable considering everything he was able to provide.

The course was very comprehensive and descriptive. Everything was taught in an applicable manner. Any questions that I had he made me feel comfortable in asking and he answered them in the greatest detail possible. I had a private session in learning CPR and it was less than the usual 5 hours which was much more convenient.

Rich did a great job teaching our CPR Adult/Child and Infant class. We were a smaller group so we all were able to spend plenty of time learning the different techniques and practicing. He did a great job explaining everything in terms we could all understand and made sure to keep asking us if we had any questions before he moved on.

I took a class in CPR for the healthcare provider and I don't think the class could have gone any better. He presented all information in a clear and concise fashion, and answered any and all questions asked. He was a wonderful instructor and I was glad to be able to have a class with him.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a full-time professional in my field and a EMS volunteer I am constantly have exposure to additional training and recertification in my field of expertise and additional skills/services.
In addition, research and read current events that apply to the fields that I teach in. I like to incorporate the "real world" into my classes and show my clients/students how to apply their newly learned skills once they leave the class.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choose an instructor that is going to give you a valuable experience, and allow you to walk away with the confidence that you learned something new! You want to hire an instructor that takes the time to explain everything to you and is going to tell you what you need to know. This isn't just another class, what you learn in these classes can save a life!
