Outstanding work done at my house by Heritage Pest. There no more squirrels in my house after putting the one way tunnel for a week and covering all possible entrances. I recommend them for their punctuality, reasonable quotes, and professionalism.

I consider myself a smart consumer as I do my homework and do research when hiring a contractor or company for services . Not always I have been lucky in finding the right company. This time around having a bad experience with Terminix, I was extremely cautious. How lucky I was to have found Heritage PestControl.
Starting with Rick the sales person came to my house with transparency and knowledge. Straight forward information , with facts showing not sales skills but excellent customer service skills. However, it did not ended there. Once I bought the package the turn around was immediate. The owner of the company place a call to schedule service. He was amazing too.
The day of the spray for termites and mosquitoes and other pest part of my package the technicians were out of this world. Thank you Willy and all of you for your expertise .

We are competitive with other quality pest control firms. We strive to do the job properly and stand behind our warranty. If a customer needs dditional service we schedule it and don't make excuses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do an initial free inspection to identfy the pest and the level of infestation. We can then explain in detail our treatment recommendations and processes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has been in the business for 40 years with yearly training classes for himself and his techs. We are members of the New Jersey Pest Control Association and the National Pest Control Association.
