Ron showed up on time and very professional from the start. He did the inspection on the condo I am purchasing. For just a 700 sq foot condo, he spent well over an hour, dissecting every bit of it. He communicated wellexchanging info with buying and selling agents.I received the report and radon promptly. The best part for me, feeling taken in a sellers market was that Ron was more affordable than many other inspectors. I give him an A!
