Ron showed up on time and very professional from the start. He did the inspection on the condo I am purchasing. For just a 700 sq foot condo, he spent well over an hour, dissecting every bit of it. He communicated wellexchanging info with buying and selling agents.I received the report and radon promptly. The best part for me, feeling taken in a sellers market was that Ron was more affordable than many other inspectors. I give him an A!

I almost skipped doing the warranty inspection, but Im so glad I didnt. Most of the issues were small, but at least theyre getting fixed while its covered. Huge peace of mind and Ron was awesome to work with. Highly recommend!
