We are very satisfied with the water softener installation done by A1. Parsippany is known for hard water, and ours tested at baseline very high (>20), all of our faucets had white deposits. It has been one month since they installed the softener and the the deposits stopped forming, the water tastes amazing, and our hair and skin feels so smooth after showering. They installed the Aqua Hydrotech product within a few hours and it was ready for immediate use. Thank you and highly recommended!

I had a old RO system which stopped working and hence I contacted A1 Water to replace it. Joe and his team did an excellent job with replacing and installing a new RO system at my house. They were very prompt and answered all my questions and concerns. The RO system they installed is very good quality and water taste great as well. I will recommend A1 always to others in case anyone is looking for a watertreatment project.

Excellent Company to work with, Vinnie and Tom were very professional and did an excellent job. Our Commerical system was reasonable when compared to some other companies. We are very satisfied with the Water Softener and Ultra Violet System that has been installed. They are fully insured and licensed, highly recommend this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**Pricing is difficult on a system Over the Phone it all depends on the needs of the customer and the water issues that they may have.
WE are not the cheapest nor the most expensive we are Fair, Honest and pride ourselves on our Integrity and Reputation.
** We are known to be one of the most reasonable for service calls.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
**A phone conversation to see what they are looking for and what issues are they having. Most importantly what is their expectations and their end goal. Then we set up an appointment to meet the consumer, test the water and review where the system will be put and ensure that all the necessary things ...electric, water drainage and so on are in place for the consumer.
**We are here to work with the Customer and Solve their problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 Plus Years in the industry with Residental and Commerical properties...experience is priceless. Our team is always taking some type of continuing education to stay current in the industry.
