They spend 5 hours and charge me extra what they ask me even I showed when they arrive like this much work and she text me after that, it’s too much work well I showed u before n u agree we can clean...second they spend just 5 hours on cleaning for nothing n still work left from oven to windows and kitchen cabinet tops....just clean soft and charge me for deep cleaning very disappointed I will not hire next time and not recommend to anyone

Hi Bill , thanks for leaving us a critical review. I have text messages proving I let you know before continuing you needed a deep clean and not a “soft clean” this home was a move in clean where someone smoked and there was thick tar on the cabinets. With our standard clean, we don’t even do cabinets or outside of window tracks! Your job we spent 5 hours after it should have been a 1.5 hour clean. I even had to call another employee to come work after we found out this was not a standard cleaning. Also, as all my other clients we walked you threw your home and said is everything perfect? Are you satisfied? Upon doing this we expect all customers to let us know if there are any issues so we can correct them while we are there. The photos on my profile are from your home and you can clearly see the before and after a difference. You also gave a $5 tip, so I’d expect if there was a problem you would have said something while walking and inspecting threw. I’m so sorry your dissatisfied. Have a wonderful day.
