It was a great night, chef Nandini made my 50th birthday feel really elevated with the elegant dinner she had curated. All my guests were raving about the food and presentation. Will definitely hire again!!

Chef Nandini prepared a beautiful spread for a Diwali gathering in our home. Everything was delicious and put out beautifully. The guests loved the food and I'm certain chef Nandini will be part of our Diwali traditions going forward Chef Nandini worked with me to design a menu that suited the holiday, around the flavor profile we wanted and also factored in a somewhat diverse guest palate (Indian spice level vs not). She was super patient and accommodating as we went thru a few iterations of the menu. Chef Nandini is such a warm individual - we loved having her in our home interacting with the guests and explaining the food.

I organized a surprised 50 the birthday party for my sister . I was referred to masala clan - Nandini Singh by my friend who had used her services in the past . And sure enough she was excellent in giving us the best private chef dinner experience in our own home . She helped me create a menu that everyone loved. . The food was prepared with all fresh ingredients and presentation was awesome .The banana leaf Bronzino was just super yummy .Her staff was very polite and professional . I highly recommend her services for any parties .Thx Nandini for making this surprise birthday very successful .

Nandini Singh is a chef par excellence. She helped us host two events this summer ( one a big do and the other a baby shower). Both events were planned with utmost care and helping us curate the menu as per our preferences. Her food is delicious and extremely flavor. Our guests not only enjoyed the delicious spread but were very impressed with her presentation and flair. And beyond her talents she is very amiable and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone and would to have her plan any future events.
