What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the needs and budget of the client. I have some that pay hourly and some that are on a monthly contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask a client about their project,their goals, expectations, time frame, and budget. From that point I work up a proposal for them to approve or change.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Journalism from the SI Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University and more than 30 years of experience as a writer, editor, and publicist. I have been a print and broadcast journalist in addition to my freelance work.
