The moment I entered my project details, I got a call from the representative of the company and I was able to set up the next day appointment to take a look at the problem I was having with no obligation of payment. Although Harry, the technician came rightly on time, identified the problem, gave an estimate right away and immediately after I agreed to proceed he started working on it and solved the issue. He was very knowledgeable, cooperative, easy to deal with and of course jolly in nature. He also solved coupled of minor issues I had in my drainage pipe which I didn’t ask him to do, so I was extremely happy with his work and efforts he put. The main issue I had was a clogged emergency drainage pipe. And for that he did an amazing job. I would definitely like to hire Harry or any other technician from this company b in future. Although I don’t want that I get in trouble again but yes. I trust this company and their service.
