I used PEM to install a Level 2 chargepoint EV charger. I had gotten 4 quotes and PEM was the most cost efficient. I also loved that the quote from PEM was completely online by just filling out their forms and attaching pictures of the areas of installation and the electrical panel itself. After that, it was all convenient email communications with final decision to finalize appointment details over the phone. Dave was my installer and everything was very smooth as luckily my installation was not too complex and everything was reachable via drop ceiling in basement and only about 20ft of wiring to the garage and to the porch area. My only feedback was that they had said they had filed the paperwork for the permit to my town and when I went to go ahead and pay and schedule the inspection so I can get the necessary paperwork for the PSEG rebate, the paperwork was never filed. I emailed PEM and they rectified the issue within 2 days and I was able to go back to the town and pay/schedule the final inspection. Everything has been working smoothly and I have been approved by PSEG for the rebate so I expect the installation rebate soon. Overall PEM did a great job and everything was done very conveniently.

Got my EV charger installed by PEM. Very methodical and systematic process. Inspection - scheduling - installation - invoicing and payment - submission of permit to township all done well. Very systematic and they have an excellent communication system to keep customers updated. I had an issue and pinged their customer service who was responsive.This would warrant 5 stars but for one issue. The installer moved around stuff in two rooms and left them as is without putting them back. Also, there was a film of dust left on the carpet in the basement. I've had work done in the home earlier and the crew cleans up before leaving. This one issue knocks off one star from the review.

Trevor and Bo from PEM are a great team of skilled electricians. As the first major project on our first home, we couldn't be happier with these guys, the ease of the whole process, and most importantly, the work they got done.They installed 35 recessed light fixtures and added a few new outlets throughout our home. The whole project took about 4 days, and throughout the whole process, they were professional, friendly, and super easy to have around the house. They took the time to make sure every light was perfectly placed, and their attention to detail really shows. The new lighting completely transformed the space.. the rooms where they were installed all feel larger and cleaner than they did before.Moving forward, we will only be working with PEM for any and all electrical work for our home. From the initial consult with Alex, to the four days with Trevor and Bo, this company has a standard of quality and professionalism that I refuse to work without.
