What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive. There are no hidden fees or session fees. We offer three different packages for each client to choose from.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is a phone conversation first and then we decide together whether to meet in person before the shoot. I help with everything from picking the best location to help with styling
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Masters degree. I also got course at New York Institute of Photography. And we are member of Professional Photographers of America
