- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices range for condos and townhomes to single family homes and multi-family homes. Our current rate inspection price: Condo/Townhome: $350 Single Family Home $350 up to 1,000 sq. ft. Single Family Home $450 up to 1,500 sq ft. Single Family Home: $550 up to 2,500 sq ft. Single Family Home: $650 up to 3500 sq ft. $100 per sq ft over 3,500 sq ft Multi-Family Home (2-4 units): call for pricing Commercial Inspection: call for pricing Mold Testing: $300 (2 samples) Home Inspection Duration: an average of 2-4 hours for completion. My goal is to give the client a thorough understanding of the components of the home based on serviceability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we gather information about what type of inspection the owner is looking for and basic information about the property. From there we have a discussion about what our fees are, what is included in the inspection and what is not included in the inspection. From there we set up an appointment for the inspection and send over a pre-inspection agreement that can be signed digitally. It is highly advised that the owner/ potential owner is present during the inspection because I like to educate my clients about the home, point out any items/ systems that need maintenance and most importantly what needs repair and replacement. We send the comprehensive home inspection report (typically 40-50 pages long) within 24 hours of the inspection and payment is due at the time of the inspection.

I have over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, repair, maintenance and renovations. We’ve been accessing properties for over 20 years helping homeowners and business with damages, building alterations and repair and maintenance programs throughout NJ and South/Eastern PA.
