SPECIALIST IN WOMENS FITNESS:
As a trainer, I specialize in working with women. I am passionate about my role to motivate, enable, and make personal training a rewarding and fun experience.
I am an ACE certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (posture alignment), yoga instructor, breathwork and meditation instructor
and the founder of Misha's FitSpirit LLC.
My specialty is working with women for weight management, nutrition advice, change body composition (reduce fat and gain lean muscle), increase bone density, reduce fatigue and increase stamina.
Having been in the fitness and wellness field for over 12 years has given me an experience of working with people from many walks of life. I have worked with many post-rehab clients as well as people who want to exercise to stay healthy and fit.
I enjoy working with people who want to build their strength, endurance, mobility, core, or providing
corrective exercises for posture alignment. I also provide nutrition advice for those who want that option.
Based on your current level I will build a customized program that is suitable for you, that will build and enhance strength and functionality gradually to the optimal level.
