Professional, responsive, and experienced. Mike and team were very thorough with the tenant screening and move-in process, making sure to document everything during move-in. The rental agreement they drafted was so well thought out. They were super quick to respond to any of our concerns and provide valuable advice. Coordination of maintenance and repairs were seamless. Payments were all automated. Did I mention that their rates are also competitive? Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and competent property management team.

It is without hesitation, that I strongly recommend SureWay Property. We are own a home in South New Jersey and choose to move back to Florida. We needed someone to manage this property. Mike, Justin and everyone else with the SureWay Property Management Team have always exceeded our expectations. They have handled every issue for us. We had tenants that moved out and they prepared the property for rent again. They provided this service as well. The new tenants have been outstanding. They have provided outstanding customer service to us as well as to the tenants. SureWay property screens potential tenants, and this process has been wonderful to us given that we are distant landlords. But, we don't have to worry as I know that Mike, Justin and the others on the team have our best interest in mind. They have taken care of having a new roof installed recently due to wind damage. We don't have to worry about heading to New Jersey to deal with these issues. I know they are always just a phone call away and they always respond in a very timely manner. We have had rental properties in the past, managed by others and they can not even compare to SureWay Property! Once again, I strongly recommend SureWay Property!!!

Ken at Sureways office in Hamilton is responsive, professional and very knowledgeable . My wife and I had previously owned a home in Hamilton and we were thinking about buying an investment property. Ken walked us through the property management process and went over all the services and the management agreement in detail. He answered every one of our questions. If you have a property that needs management we highly recommend Ken and Sureway.

Ken did a fantastic job for one of my clients. They had a tenant that they were having issues with at the end of the lease. He helped to make the transition smooth for my clients while the tenant was in the process of leaving. He was able to coordinate contractors, lawn care, etc. He was thorough in his reports and communication. I would highly recommend Ken and the services that Sureway provide to anyone that has rental properties.
