Best real estate attorney you can have on your side. We went through few attorney reviews before closing in on house. Professionalism, Communication and Gayla's knowledge was explempary. Her articulation of ask and dates are very clear...that helps in formulating the plan/next steps. She was going to be away for few days as we were closing in on the house. She promptly/ proactively requested one of her colleagues to deal with any followup from the sellers attorney...while she was away. She attended the closing remotely making sure everything went fine for us and no last minute surprises. We were able to close on the house post some rigorous negotiation/repairs from the sellers. This would not have been possible with Gayla's expertise and support.
