Steven has been wonderful to work with. He is very responsive, thorough and understanding of the needs of his clients. We have hired local architects in the past but none have compared to the quality of work we have received from Steven. We are currently building a new construction home and needed an Architect / Engineer to review our roof plans. Poor communication. Did not respond to messages sent via this platform. Text messages came from non working phone number. Called back from entirely different number. Hard to understand on phone and does not seem to have much knowledge. Email came in under different profile name and portfolio provided appears AI generated with general blueprint not showing any proof they're licensed.
