I teach both group classes and private sessions, offering instruction in the comfort of your own home, at a location of your choosing, or outdoors when weather permits. Private lessons allow me to fully tailor each class to the student’s specific needs. Through one-on-one consultation, we design sessions structured around your personal goals, whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, supporting recovery, managing stress, or developing a more consistent mindfulness practice. My approach uses yoga as a practical mindfulness tool, designed for the realities of the 21st-century mind.
