Read reviews that mention:
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All fees are paid when booking the session and are non-refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a brief intake and review of the client/student prior to having a 1:1 session. I like to review the background and personal goals, and develop a clear understanding for what the individual is looking to get out of the 1:1 session. We then schedule weekly classes and I have a routine that I advise for the individual to continue practicing at home in his or her own time. In addition, I offer mindful practices they can incorporate into their day to sustain a healthier lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and certified Physician Assistant in Medicine and Oncology. I received my Medical and Clinical training through Touro College. I am a certified Health Coach through National Society of Health Coaches, which is the only certifying body designed specifically for currently licensed medical practitioners to coach clients with moderate to high health risks, chronic conditions, and disease. I am also a Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher who received her 200-hr YTT through Three Sisters Yoga and her specialized Yoga training for cancer patients and survivors through yoga4cancer (y4c). I am also a Reiki Healer with Level 1 training.
