Paul and his team member were great! This was the first time that I had air duct and dryer vent cleaning done and they were really committed to finishing the job even though it looked like our house was more complicated than everyone originally thought. I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I just moved into our new home and we were having issues with excessive dust, which was causing a great deal of irritation to our sinuses. I researched HVAC duct and vent cleaning companies and after reading the reviews and meeting with Paul, we knew that we had found a true professional. Paul was very responsive with coming to evaluate our home. He provided an estimate which was extremely reasonable. We booked our appointment and 2 workers came to do the job. Oh my goodness, they were amazing. They were punctual, professional, respectful of our home and really did do a deep cleaning of every single duct and vent. They found things in some of the ducts and vents, which explained why we were having issues with the air quality in our home. When they were done they cleaned up so well, that you wouldn't even have known that they were at our home. Since we had our ducts and vents cleaned, the issues with dust and irritated sinuses have resolved. I honestly can't say enough about how thrilled I am with the work that was provided by Reach Deep Air Duct Cleaning. We plan on being a regular customer. I honestly wish that I could give Paul and his team 10 stars! I highly recommend his service! You will not be disappointed!

No one from the company asked me for a review. They just did their job professionally. Paul was great in constantly checking how the job was going and Aaron was great on-site being very meticulous about cleaning the ducts. I'll be using them in the future.

From the start, both Paul and Tony were PERFECT! Communication from start to finish, full explanation and workmanship were all excellent. The ducts were fully cleaned and inspected and the team verified the systems were working correctly and not damaged before their service was started. Paul also did not try to sell additional products but we liked the service so much that we will schedule a coil cleaning in the near future. This was not an easy decision on who to pick for this service but the Google feedback helped us to decide and is 100% accurate, 5 stars!
