What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to seniors.
When pricing I take into consideration travel time, fuel and tolls. I also stop and pick up materials for customers when ness.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know the brand and model numbers beforehand so I can read thru any instructions. This helps me plan the required tools and speeds up any installation so there is as minimal an imposition on the customer as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working for a GC right out of HS while taking college courses in the evenings. After going away to school I studied to be a technology educator and I had a minor in construction systems.
