FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After an initial 2-session assesAfter an initial 2-session assessment ($199), I build a customized training plan based on your goals, experience level, and any limitations. Most clients train 2–3 times per week for the best results, and my pricing is structured around that level of commitment. In-person training is as follows: Single session (limited): $120 2x/week: $880/month 3x/week: $1260/month I work best with clients who are serious about making progress and staying consistent over time. Partner and small group training options are available for those looking for a more cost-effective approach while still receiving structured coaching. Online coaching is also available for clients who prefer flexibility, with customized programming, accountability, and ongoing support through Trainerize. After that, I'd charge $150/month for all online sessions. For in-person sessions, the cost would be between $640/month and $960/month depending in how many days a week you'd prefer to train. That equates to $80/session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start of by getting to know my client, his/her reason for looking for a trainer, whatever their goals may be. I want them to determine for themselves if I'm the right fit for them. After that's finished, and the first session is scheduled, a brief assessment is conducted. This allows me to discover your strengths and limitations, that way I can design a routine customized for you. I work at your pace, and you'll always have my full support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
