I was a little nervous about finding a trainer who could support me getting into shape. I had a bad experience with CrossFit several years ago where I sustained and injury which caused me to abandon working out. Mike has been nothing but phenomenal in helping me overcome my concerns. He pushes me but always takes time to ensure that I am progressing at a pace that is comfortable. If you are thinking about getting a personal trainer or need help recovering from an injury, Mike is your guy. I was suffering from a shoulder injury and was having a really hard time with simple tasks like putting on my clothes. I had been doing exercises suggested by my doctor and they were helping, but it seemed like the progress was extremely slow. I reached out to Mike and he was not only helpful but very knowledgeable. He gave me other shoulder strengthening exercises that I could add to my existing routine and within a week or two I could feel a noticeable difference. Mike checked in on me often to ensure things were progressing as they should and answered any questions I had. I am truly amazed by how far I've come and my shoulder feels great. If you need a personal trainer to help with injury recovery, Mike Alexander is your guy!

I have been physically active all my life, from being a grunt in the Army to training to do Mudruns/obstacle course races. Lately, I was in a slump trying to figure out exactly what to do for my morning work outs.Mike took the time to discuss with me what my goals were and didn't simply take the initial goal at face value. He took the time to dive deeply into what I wanted vs what I needed. Then he came up with a plan which included specific exercises including number of reps/durations. This has worked phenomenally.Recently, I was at an event where I needed to take my shirt off and I was complimented on my physique by 2 women.Thank you, Mike.
